We are Shop bird technology PVT LTD, doing business as Seetaara ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in India at Prayagraj, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh 211011. We operate the website seetaara.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").
Seetaara is an Ecommerce shopping platform that connects shoppers to the retailers. Seetaara offers a variety of services to shoppers, including a large variety of product categories, fast delivery, and return management services to enhance the shopping experience.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Shop bird technology PVT LTD, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Legal Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Legal Terms to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Legal Terms by your continued use of the Services after the date such revised Legal Terms are posted.
All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Services. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian read and agree to these Legal Terms prior to you using the Services.
We recommend that you print a copy of these Legal Terms for your records.
Terms of Use
Delivery Rules & Regulation
- Packed by vendors after verification by delivery partner through OTP, the product will be same as described, undamaged, and all the tags will be placed.
- Pack only original products.
- Packets provided by the company to vendors.
- Clothing only packed in transparent packets.
- If the product is missing, mismatch, or damaged, the delivery partner has the right to cancel the pickup.
Seller Policy
- As a registered seller, you are allowed to list item(s) for sale on the Platform in accordance with the Policies which are incorporated by way of reference in this Terms of Use.
- You must be legally able to sell the item(s) you list for sale on the Platform. You must ensure that the listed items do not infringe upon the intellectual property, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy rights of third parties. Listings may only include text descriptions, graphics and pictures that describe your item for sale.
- All listed items must be listed in an appropriate category on the Platform.
- All listed items must be kept in stock for successful fulfillment of sales.
- The listing description of the item must not be misleading and must describe actual condition of the product.
- As per the customer protection right, Act 1986, If the item description does not match the actual condition of the item, you agree to refund any amounts that you may have received from the Buyer.
- You agree not to list a single product in multiple quantities across various categories on the Platform. Seetaara reserves the right to delete such multiple listings of the same product listed by you in various categories.
- If the product is mismatch during pickup, delivery partner has the right to cancel the pickup.
- Product must be packed by vendors only after verified by delivery partner.
- Returned or canceled items will be delivered back to the seller on the same day.
Cancellation and Return Policy
Cancellation Policy
The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it's dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep. The time window for cancellation varies based on different categories and the order cannot be canceled once the specified time has passed. In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free, post the specified time and a cancellation fee will be charged. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final. In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders. Seetaara reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. Seetaara also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.
Return/Replacement Policy
The return window is open for 2 hours after the time of delivery but in some products can be returned or replaced in the given time period.
- Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy and the table below.
- During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund on the spot.
- Our all products are open box delivery to reduce risk.
- Clothing items will be delivered in transparent packaging.
- If the product is mismatch, damage, used, during delivery you can refuse to take delivery.
- Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, these category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.
There are must have condition for return/replacement:
- Tags: IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
- Complete Product: All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
- Unused item: The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.
- Undamaged Items: The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
- Undamaged packaging: The product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
Payment Policy
- Sellers payment will be transferred to seller within the same day or in S+1 day.
- In any other situation Seetaara has the right to hold it for 3 business days.
- All the delivery partner payment will be settled on the same day or in S+1 day.
- Seetaara has the right to block or terminate delivery partner accounts if any unethical activities are found. Please read delivery partner policies.
- Seetaara has the right to hold delivery payment for any miscellaneous activity.
- Delivery partner has to deposit the COD amount to branch office.
Purchases and Payment
We accept the following forms of payment:

- Mastercard
- UPI
- Wallet
- Paytm
- Rupay
- Internet Banking
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in INR.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. If your order is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
Corrections
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
Guidelines for Reviews
We may provide you areas on the Services to leave reviews or ratings. When posting a review, you must comply with the following criteria:
- You should have firsthand experience with the person/entity being reviewed.
- Your reviews should not contain offensive profanity, or abusive, racist, offensive, or hateful language.
- Your reviews should not contain discriminatory references based on religion, race, gender, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability.
- Your reviews should not contain references to illegal activity.
- You should not be affiliated with competitors if posting negative reviews.
- You should not make any conclusions as to the legality of conduct.
- You may not post any false or misleading statements.
- You may not organize a campaign encouraging others to post reviews, whether positive or negative.
We may accept, reject, or remove reviews in our sole discretion. We have absolutely no obligation to screen reviews or to delete reviews, even if anyone considers reviews objectionable or inaccurate. Reviews are not endorsed by us, and do not necessarily represent our opinions or the views of any of our affiliates or partners. We do not assume liability for any review or for any claims, liabilities, or losses resulting from any review. By posting a review, you hereby grant to us a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, assignable, and sublicensable right and license to reproduce, modify, translate, transmit by any means, display, perform, and/or distribute all content relating to reviews.
